Welcome to Wellness - Physical Wellness
Hi everyone! I’m Elise and I want to share some of the resources Clemson has to offer regarding physical wellness! Making time to exercise can be really challenging especially once the workload picks up but there are so many different ways to get a good workout while also having fun. Here are a few ideas on how to maintain your physical wellness!
Campus Recreation
Group Fitness Classes: Free fitness classes are offered every day in the Swann Fitness Center. From yoga to Zumba to cycling and weightlifting classes, they have it all. Check their schedule out on the Clemson Recreation Center – Group Fitness page!

F45: This exercise format incorporates different workouts every day in unique and exciting ways. It focuses on high intensity interval training (HITT), circuit training and functional training with trained F45 coaches guiding you the whole way. It only costs $50 a semester and is well worth the investment.
